Tickets purchased at the Vinotheques of the Zvonko Bogdan Winery (Matije Korvina 12, Rudić Street 1) can be returned at the offices of Park Palić Ltd. on working days between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. In order to receive a refund, it is necessary to present the purchased ticket, which will be retained by our staff.
Tickets purchased online via the website www.tickets.rs or at one of the Ticket Vision sales points (Laguna Bookstore, OMV gas stations, Exclusive Change 5 exchange office in the Roda market) can be returned in the following way: Tickets, together with an attachment (name, surname, and bank account number), should be placed in an envelope and sent to the following address:
